Location is great, very close to the lakes you can walk there. It is a great place to visit, the staff are exceptional.

We stayed at Etno Gardens for a few nights during our visit to Plitvice NP. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from entrance 3. This lesser-known entrance allowed us to avoid the crowds and experience the best parts of the park before the tours arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight was the pig spit roast they organized on the second night, which was absolutely amazing. , there were several viewpoints along the road, offering stunning vistas of the area. I would highly recommend Etno Gardens for its perfect location, friendly staff, and unique experiences.

The hotel was quite far from the entrance of Plitvice Park and other facilities like restaurants, info center and difficult to find from the postal address. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable, but the owner had no facilities for food and spoke hardly any English.

During my recent business trip to Plitvica selo, I had the opportunity to stay at Etno Garden Apartments, which were chosen by my director. The peaceful surroundings provided the perfect environment for some much-needed rest and relaxation. The apartments were spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The picturesque views from the balcony allowed me to appreciate the natural beauty of the area. The on-site spa facilities were a great addition, providing a convenient way to unwind after a long day.

Apartments Lipa consisted of basic facilities in a quiet rural setting close to one of the entrances to the Plitvice National Park.

The apartment provided wasn't the one advertised in the photographs on Booked.net. In particular, the bedroom was very small with the bed squashed against the wall.

Absolutely delightful experience! Loved exploring the nearby lake and enjoying tasty meals at the restaurant. However, it was so disappointing not to have a flying mosquito circus in my room. Quite the missed entertainment!

Truly enjoyable stay with great recreational options like kayaking and rafting. Just wish I had played a game of "swat the mosquito" in my room.

Clean, charming apartments in a picturesque mountain setting. Friendly staff provided helpful advice and warm hospitality. Traditional outdoor restaurant served delicious grilled meat and fish. Convenient location for exploring the National Park without needing a car. Home-cooked dinners were tasty and reasonably priced.
